"The 'Ciliegia Bianca' is a charming detached house nestled in the beautiful garden of the main villa. Completely renovated in 2013, this property consists of three bedrooms, two of which are connected, and a common living room. The rooms are spacious and all have a private bathroom with amenities, a window, and a delightful hydro-massage shower. Each room is equipped with a television and a ceiling fan to cool down during hot summer days. During cooler periods, you can enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating. Additionally, one of the rooms has a private terrace with a view of the lake. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property for all guests. There is a wonderful terrace available to all guests where you can enjoy breakfast, and on the rooftop, you will find a large sun deck with loungers to sunbathe and admire the splendid view of the lake. The property has only one uncovered parking space, so we recommend requesting it at the time of booking, keeping in mind that it is located in a slightly uphill area. The train station is located nearby the property. To ensure a peaceful stay, the windows are soundproofed and it is recommended to keep them closed."

Area mid-centre

The charming and enchanting village of Belgirate is located at the foot of the promontory that marks the transition from Lower Verbano to the Borromeo Gulf. Thanks to its favorable natural position, the village enjoys a pleasant microclimate, the best among the Piedmontese coastal towns of Lake Maggiore: mild in winter and cool in summer. This captivating place has been appreciated by many illustrious Italian and foreign figures, including Manzoni, who used to stroll along the pre-Napoleonic road that still crosses the village. Pietro Borsieri, Stendhal, and the writers who visited their publisher Treves in his sumptuous villa, as well as the twilight Gozzano, have also felt its charm. In addition to the splendid villas and lush parks along the lakeshore, Belgirate also boasts memories of the Risorgimento period of the Cairoli brothers, to whom a beautiful monument has been dedicated. Furthermore, Belgirate preserves ancient Romanesque buildings such as the "Chiesa Vecchia" and San Paolo, isolated on the hill.
